چکیده

Voltage stability represents one of the main issues in electrical power system. Under voltage load shedding (UVLS) has long been regarded as most successful techniques to prevent collapse. However, ordinary schemes do not consider different models and decreasing ‎economic cost that resulted from disconnection, so dual with reactive compensation are needed. Usually loads being modeled constant power, while fact flow various utilized. An investigation optimal for distribution system based on direct backward forward sweep method (DBFSM) along a comparison among other presented this paper. The teaching learning-based optimization (TLBO) algorithm is executed order reduce losses enhance profile. This tested applied IEEE-16 bus test find superior capacitor size placement minimizing shading network. Five sequences considered performance demonstrated through MATLAB program.

Capacitor Placement in Distorted Distribution Network Subject to Wind and Load Uncertainty

Utilizing capacitor banks is very conventional in distribution network in order for local compensation of reactive power. This will be more important considering uncertainties including wind generation and loads uncertainty. Harmonics and non-linear loads are other challenges in power system which complicates the capacitor placement problem. Thus, uncertainty and network harmonics have been con...
